Harvesting Connections Long Table: A Beautiful New Gathering Place at Chiswick House Kitchen Garden

We’re excited to introduce a finished Long Table, a centrepiece at the Chiswick House Kitchen Garden. Handcrafted form green wood found on the Chiswick House site, the Long Table, ready to welcome visitors.

Built with care and designed to complement the beauty of the garden, the Long Table is a warm, inviting space for sharing moments and harvest connections.From the start on June 18th 2024 to its completion on September 1st 2024 we have aimed to consider every detail to ensure it reflects the spirit of the Chiswick House —a place where history, nature, and community come together.

The creation of the Long Table was a true labor of love. In 11 weeks we achieved we did it. are From selecting sustainable materials to adding finishing touches and decorative ceramics. We have learnt so much and are so grateful for the opportunity and experience.

We hope that the Long Table is enjoyed by all and truly encourage visitors to come together in the heart of the garden.
